|  Watson Settlement Bridge
This bridge, built in 1911, is the farthest north and the youngest of Maine's original covered bridges. It has timber trusses of the Howe design and has two spans with a total length of 170 feet. In 1984 the bridge was closed to traffic when a new bridge was built. The bridge is located on the road to Littleton from Houlton over Meduxnekeag Stream in the town of Littleton.

|  Lowes Bridge
This bridge, built in 1857, was washed away by the flood of April 1, 1987. A modern covered bridge, patterned after the original, was built on the original abutments in 1990. The bridge has a clear span of 120 feet over the Piscataquis River. It is located just off State Route 15 south of Guilford Village.

The National Park Service preserves Saint Croix Island International Historic site as a monument to the beginning of the United States and Canada. In 1604, Pierre Dugua(sieur de Mons), accompanied by Samuel Champlain and 77 other men, established a settlement on St. Croix Island.

|  Robyville Bridge
This bridge, the only completely shingled covered bridge in the State, was built in 1876. The supporting members are the Long truss design and span 73 feet between the stone abutments. The bridge crosses Kenduskeag Stream in Robyville Village in the town of Corinth about three miles northwest of Kenduskeag Village. The bridge was reinforced in 1984 to carry local traffic.

|  Artist´s Covered Bridge
This bridge, built in 1872, is named the Artist's Bridge because of its reputation as being the most photographed and painted of the venerable covered bridges in Maine. The bridge, an 87 foot Paddleford truss, was closed to traffic in 1958 when a new bridge was built downstream. It is located about four miles northwest of North Bethel.

Camden ist ein nettes Fischerdorf, das im Laufe der Zeit einen für Neu-England-Verhältnisse mondänen Yachthafen entwickelt hat. Besonders schön: Ein Spaziergang auf den Mt. Battie und dann den Blick in die Bucht genießen. Vor Camdens Kulisse wurden schon unzählige Filme gedreht.

The Wiscasset, Waterville, and Farmington Railway was a two-foot gauge common carrier railroad that operated in the early part of the 1900's, up until 1933 when the railroad ceased operations. The line ran from Wiscasset in the south, to Albion and Winslow in the north.
Visitors: come see a little piece of vintage railroading in action.

|  The Desert of Maine
In 1797 the Tuttle family moved to the 300 acre farm that once covered the Desert of Maine where they successfully raised crops of potatoes and hay for several years. Failure to rotate crops thereafter, combined with massive land - clearing and overgrazing resulted in severe soil eroison that exposed this hidden Desert. As the spreading sand grew uncontrollable, the Tuttles surrendered, leaving the Desert to it's destiny.

|  Babb´s Bridge (Covered Bridge)
The Babb's Bridge is one span Queenpost truss with a total length of 79 feet. It carries Covered Bridge Road over a the Presumpscott River. It is located south of Windham. This historic bridge was built in 1843 was reconstructed in 1976 after being destroyed by fire in 1973.
The bridge is easy to photograph, little traffic on Covered Bridge Road.

1939 gegründet, beherbergt das Museum heute mehr als 250 Fahrzeuge, vornhemlich Straßenbahnen von überall aus den USA.
Geboten werden Rundfahrten auf dem Museumsgelände. Desweiteren werden je nach Jahreszeit verschiedene Sonderveranstaltungen geboten.
